Step 5: the same step will be repeated ‘When it is connected with Wi-Fi’ as well as ‘in case of roaming’ options.
Step 6: you can also make changes in ‘Call Settings’ segment. By turning on the ‘Low data usage’ option an individual can control the call internet data. Thus, through this, you can optimize the amount of data which is used during calls.

2. Restrict the chat backups:
You can operate the backup option on WhatsApp this can be used in case of chats as well as media files. Through backup, you can easily store the copy of your photos, videos, and text chats. By a Google Drive account, an individual can easily recover the files which you want.
You can set that in Settings > Chats > Chat Backup.
Through ‘Back-up over’ option you can select the option of Wi-Fi instead of using Wi-Fi as well as Cellular. Therefore the individual can also restrict the backup option. This option will be set by default, every month. Therefore, you can also implement the changes by just clicking on ‘Back up to Google Drive’. The individual can also choose the options such as never back up. You can do it often, daily or weekly. A button will be displayed on the chat Backup menu. 3. Do not download heavy files:
Videos and images are the interesting feature which you can easily access through WhatsApp. The sharing or watching videos can consume more data as well as memory storage. Therefore, if your mobile devices have limited internal storage and are unable to access heavy media folder of WhatsApp. Then you can clean the unwanted materials by deleting options. 5. Monitor the consumption:
